Synchronized split preview with different browser engines.
Just like the Photoshop preview when you "Save for Web", would be great to fix those small conflicting details across browsers.

Well, each separate rendering doesn't have to "actually" render real time. Maybe it updates the other 2 just on focus, after clicking update, or something like ctrl+shift+F5 . So you could say have IE , Firefox and Chrome running, whatever your main window you had would be the "real" real-time while the others you would just have to do you update functions.

even a "snapshot" feature would be cool - If we could like hit a quick key and have all browser renderings pop up for a quick review - then we could click on the one we want to tweak and have that one be active - something like expose on the mac

Would the real time preview CPU drains be practical on dual core machines? It'd be really nice to have it; esp. with IE and FF to compare at the same time, for example

There is an issue with going this route: Real-time previews in multiple browsers at once sucks up *mad* processing power, especially as the layout complexity increases. It would be very useful though, especially for those of us on dual 30" displays...
